Senior Data Analyst turning consumer signals into product decisions.
I own end-to-end analytics for major enterprise accounts at Impel, an AI SaaS platform for the automotive industry. Day to day, I run experiments, build self-serve BI on top of Snowflake, and translate customer signal into product and revenue decisions.
Before Impel I did analytics work at Red Hat and Syracuse University, and I hold an MS in Information Systems from Syracuse. I care about causal inference, honest limitations, and analyses that don't fall apart when someone asks a good question.
Outside of work I write, travel, and spend a lot of time thinking about how good data changes what teams choose to build.
Independent projects. Public data. Real analytical questions with real methodological choices, written up the way I'd present them to a product team.
A quasi-experimental analysis of the 2022 to 2024 Kia and Hyundai theft crisis using 27,000+ NHTSA complaints. Measures the causal effect of the TikTok vulnerability disclosure and the delayed impact of the OEM software fix.
A finance-focused case study on public data. Currently in scoping. Will explore experimentation and behavioral analytics in a fintech or consumer finance context.
